Reejig is pleased to welcome Adam Malski to the leadership team as Chief Transformation Officer, with a core focus on customer transformation and growth.
Adam brings over 20 years of experience working on people, change, and technology transformation projects across the globe.
Most recently, Adam was Head of HR Strategy and Transformation at Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) where he focused on strategic reskilling and redeployment projects and transformations. Prior to that, Adam worked with Accenture leading people, data, and system change initiatives across the globe.
Leading Reejig’s transformation function, Adam will play an integral role in shaping what a future with Reejig looks like for our customers, accelerating end-to-end onboarding, and driving strategic ways of working to support adoption and business outcomes. Adam’s ability to blend strategic insight, and operational detail, combined with strong stakeholder management skills will be invaluable to our customer’s individual growth and success. Adam values transparency, integrity, and accountability with a leadership style that is collaborative yet decisive and results-driven.
