Today, we’re thrilled to officially announce that MJ has joined our growing team of executives based in the US as our Senior Vice President of Sales and Partnerships. As a proven leader in the HR tech space, MJ brings 20 years of experience scaling hyper-growth companies including three unicorns in our space.
During his seven-year career at SmartRecruiters, in which MJ was most recently SVP of Enterprise Sales, he played a critical role in their growth to a $1.5 billion valuation. Prior to that, MJ served as SVP of Sales and was a key member of the executive team at Avature, helping to establish the category and secure a market leadership position in Candidate Relationship Management software.
MJ’s experience and deep expertise in bringing game-changing solutions to underutilized markets will play a key role in accelerating Reejig’s growth globally. HR leaders have historically struggled to intelligently align their people management strategy to the overall business strategy, much less at the pace they need to in today’s climate where the sand is shifting underneath their feet on an almost daily basis.
Why? Mainly because there’s never been a SaaS platform that enables this at any meaningful level of scale.
