Reejig receives investment from Salesforce Ventures

We couldn’t be more excited to announce Reejig has secured an investment from Salesforce Ventures, the global investment arm of Salesforce.

This funding will allow us to continue to invest in our award-winning workforce intelligence technology, accelerate the growth of our global team, and provide a huge boost to our mission to create a world with Zero Wasted Potential in people, business, and society.

Salesforce Ventures helps enterprising founders build companies that reinvent the way the world works. Since 2009, Salesforce Ventures have invested in and partnered with more than 400 of the world’s most tenacious enterprise software companies from seed to IPO, including Airtable, Databricks, DocuSign, Guild Education, Hopin, monday.com, nCino, Snowflake, Snyk, Stripe, Tanium, and Zoom.

Over the past three years, we’ve proudly raised funding from Skip Capital, headed by Atlassian co-founder Scott Farquhar, Airtree Ventures, Culture Amp’s Didier Elzinga, and now Salesforce Ventures.

This funding has allowed us to rapidly grow our customers and footprint around the world. In the past 12 months, our team has grown by more than 1000% and opened offices in APAC, North America, and the UK. We’ve also welcomed the likes of AWS, Compass Group, Woolworths Group, John Holland, and Allianz to our global enterprise client portfolio.

Mike Ferrari, Managing Director, Salesforce Ventures APAC, said of the investment,

“Salesforce is committed to addressing the huge skills gap and a shortage of training opportunities for workers. We’re thrilled to partner with Reejig, who is transforming the way businesses mobilize, reskill, and optimize their workforces. We look forward to working alongside the Reejig team as they continue to grow.”

Our CEO & Co-Founder, Siobhan Savage, echoed Mike’s sentiments, saying of the funding,

“We’re so honored to welcome Salesforce Ventures to the Reejig family, and are incredibly grateful for their belief in our Zero Wasted Potential mission. This announcement is a testament to the work of the Reejig team and a testament to the power of workforce intelligence in helping organizations optimize their workforces and unlock their people’s potential.”

It has been a strong year for the team here at Reejig. Recently, we made the 2022 Cloud 100 Rising Star list, being recognized as one of the top 20 promising cloud innovators globally. Earlier this year, we were also recognized by the World Economic Forum as a Technology Pioneer for innovation, acknowledging our development of the world’s first independently audited Ethical Talent AI.

Powering our mission toward Zero Wasted Potential; introducing the Reejig Impact Fund

In pursuit of our mission and commitment to Zero Wasted Potential in people, business, and society, we’re also proud to announce the launch of the Reejig Impact Fund.

The Reejig Impact Fund is committed to helping underrepresented communities unlock career opportunities, growth, and potential. The Reejig Impact Fund will donate Reejig’s workforce intelligence technology to veterans, skilled refugees and other underrepresented communities, with a goal to reskill, build new capabilities, and remove barriers to career opportunities for all.

“We’re not just building technology, we’re also creating recurring impact and change for the better. The Reejig Impact Fund is our way of giving back to society by removing barriers to career opportunities for all. When people have fair and equitable access to personally meaningful work — no matter their background — all of society can reap the benefits.”
